Leveraging storytelling and strategy to transform First 5 LA’s Early Childhood Education campaign

🔥 The goal: I was brought in to amplify messaging and boost virtual and in-person workshop attendance.

Existing creative was not resonating and workshop registrations were at ZERO. So, I started featuring real families, using storytelling and accessible language to make the content human and relatable. We collaborated with local community centers and influencer profiles to boost reach, as well as introducing incentives like free diapers, baby clothes, formula, and gift cards to boost participation.

📈 The results: 30 at-capacity in-person and online workshops across Los Angeles County | 300% increase in community engagement | 98% of attendees reporting increased knowledge of Child Development and greater confidence advocating for their children
